1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golloc HMS (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Golloc provides a cloud-based hospital management system including but not limited to patient management, EMR, appointment scheduling, billing, pharmacy, lab, and telemedicine modules.

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure the accuracy of data entered into the system
• Not misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all patient and business data entered into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.

5. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Specific SLAs vary by plan tier and are detailed in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Golloc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 60 days.
